Default Wavecom PDF manuals?

hi

Does anyone have info on how to get manuals for Wavecom products? I have a modem and is NOT listed neither as current nor as obsolite product.

In fact I noticed that none of their Wismo-based modems are listed on the web site at all?

Thanks
B

What product model do you need a guide for? I stumbled across a few online:

I decided to join in on the scavenger hunt. Is this one close enough to the model you have:

Cool, Thanks. I also found the exact model # directly from a nice gentlemen at Embedded Works, Santa Clara, CA 95054

This is all good but I still can't find the most basic of all questions - how does one reset a modem to factory other than an AT command? I can't believe they missed this? The reset pin does not do factory defaults but a regular power-on reset. It only exists to get out of a lockup situation NOT to load factory defaults. This is just plain... well you get the idea? Am I missing something about those modems?
