Ublip announced the developer Foundation for Xirgo devices. Does the support include the XT2000? The website implies that it does - but the issue is a bit vague. It mentions '"tracking applications" using the Foundation but that is all. For example - the XT2000 datasheet says it supports all OBDII protocols. Has the integration of the OBD data been done with the foundation as well? I guess what I am looking for is a complete picture of what one can do using the XT2000 and the foundation. Thanks....

Right now we have the XT2000 integrated similar to other tracking devices (Orbit One, Enfora, CalAmp). We're exposing the OBD data in our application for consumption by developers. When Xirgo states they support all OBD protocols that doesn't necessarily mean they support all trouble codes, etc. It simply means that you rely on Xirgo codes to be the same regardless of vehicle manufacturer. That being said, I will try and get someone more knowledgeable than myself to chime in.

lat, lon, altitude, date/time, hdop, #satelites for fix.

data points acquired from obd and periodically reported are:
speed, rpms, # of satelites in fix.

data points acquired from odb and reported on request are:
vin, battery level, ignition state, gps fix state

data points derived from obd/gps are:
accel/deacceleration, mileage threshold (for example send a report every 3000 miles driven)
